Aims

The purpose of this module is to learn the model of event-driven programming and the basic concepts of making decisions by using the “if” statements and the appropriate operators.

Expected outcomes

Upon completion of this module, you should know / should be able to:

Submodule 6.1: The model of event-driven programming

    • use an external JavaScript file
    • discover the concept of events
    • use simple functions
    • use JavaScript - HTML methods to execute events

Submodule 6.2:  Making Decisions

    • able to compare things
    • able to make decisions using if statements
    • able to use logical operators

Submodule 6.3: Applying the "if"  statements

    • apply these statements in the confirm interaction
    • apply these statements in nested conditionals
    • apply these statements to solve problems
