Aims

The purpose of this module is to use more Audacity tools to add and modify audio records or audio clips, to combine voice with background music and to export specific WEB objects like .mp3 or .ogg files.

Expected outcomes

Upon completion of this module, you should know / should be able to:

Submodule 13.1: The Physics of Sound

• • value the role of the transmission of sound
  • value the role of reflection of sound

Submodule 13.2: Record and modify voice

• • recognize what Audacity file is
  • record your voice
  • improve the quality of the recorded sound using Audacity Effects

Submodule 13.3: Background music- The mp3 file

• • import background sound
  • modify (fade, volume adjustment) background sound
  • export to .mp3 file
