Footnotes
Create a first footnote next to the word melody with the text:
A group of notes of various pitches (how high or low a note sounds) which are played one after another.
Create a second footnote next to the word clarinet with the text:
Also know as the woodwind instrument. It has a single-reed mouthpiece, a straight cylindrical tube with an almost cylindrical bore, and a flared bell.
Caution. When copy and pasting to the footnote use unformatted pasting. Right click and select Paste Special > Unformatted Text command. If you use normal pasting you spoil the footnote formatting
Text formatting
Format the text as needed. Format the title and subtitle, create the list and format the words that need bold.
Save your file and submit.
