Page formatting Exersice 1

In this exercise you will practice your skills in page setup and formatting. Your end goal is to create a sign to warn people about your dog. Of course you will also need your knowledge from the previous lessons.

Instructions

1. Create a new Writer document
2. Setup the page
   • Size: A4
   • Orientation: Landscape
   • Margins: Narrow
3. Text
   • Type the text and format it.
   • Font: Liberation Sans, Bold
   • Font Size: 54 and 60
   • Character Spacing: Loose
   • Effect: Shadow
   • Alignment: Center
4. Image
   • Insert, resize and position the image pages-ex-1-dog-icon.png.
   • Wraping: Wrap Off
   • Anchor: To Paragraph
   • Alignment: Center
   • Use image or paragraph spacing to increase the distance above and below the text
5. Page Background
   • Background Color: Yellow 2.
6. Borders
   • Line Arrangement: All 4 Borders
   • Line Width: 4pt
   • Color: Red 3
   • Spacing to Contents: 0,50cm
