Table of Contents Exercise

In this exercise you will create a table of of contents for an article. A print preview of the first 2 pages of  the document is shown in the image below.

Instructions

Open the pdf file table-of-contents-exercise-solution.pdf to view the end result.

Open the file table-of-contents-exercise-start.odt. You will work on this document.

Select all text and apply Text Body paragraph style.

Apply the headings: Title for the title, Heading 1 for the headings and Heading 2 for the subheadings (Control, Training, Security, Stability).

Create the TOC. Place the cursor next to the Title and insert a TOC with the default values.

Insert page numbering in the footer. Your document should have 5 pages in total.

Save your file and submit.
